What personal data we collectWe collect only what we need to run the service. Specifically:When you sign up for the free 3-minute sample. Your email address. Optionally your first name if you provide it.When you purchase the 21-Day Subliminal Reset. Your name and email address, the country you're purchasing from, and the items you've purchased. Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf; we never see or store your full card number.When you use the program. Information about which sessions you've accessed, when you accessed them, and whether you opened the daily emails. We use this to deliver the program reliably and to know if a customer is having trouble accessing content.When you visit the landing page. Carrd (our website host) and any analytics we use may set cookies and collect standard browser information (IP address, browser type, pages visited). See section 9 below on cookies.We do not collect health information, location data beyond country, payment card details, biometric data, or data about minors. The program is sold to adults only.3. Why we collect it (legal basis)Under EU data protection law (GDPR Article 6), every use of your personal data needs a legal basis. Ours are:Contract (you've purchased or signed up for the program). We use your email and name to deliver the product you bought, including sending you each day's session, granting access to the content, and handling support requests.Legitimate interest. We use limited usage information (which sessions you've accessed, email open rates) to make sure the delivery flow works and to fix issues. This is a soft data use that respects your privacy; you can object to it at any time (see section 7).Consent. If you sign up for the free sample or our updates list, we send you those by email because you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.Legal obligation. Some data is retained because tax or consumer protection law requires it (for example, transaction records for VAT reporting).4. Who we share your data withWe share your data only with the service providers we need to run the service:- Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor and merchant of record). They handle checkout, payment, VAT, and refunds. Lemon Squeezy is a US company; data transfers to them are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. - Kit (formerly ConvertKit) (our email and course delivery platform). They send you the daily program emails and host the content access pages. Kit is a US company; data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Carrd (our landing page host). Carrd hosts 21dayreset.carrd.co. They process the limited visitor information described in section 2. Carrd is a US company; data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train AI models. We don't send promotional emails to anyone who didn't ask for them.If we ever change providers, we will update this policy with the new processor's information.5. International transfersThe service providers listed above are based in the United States. When your personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (the European Commission's approved legal mechanism for international data transfers) to ensure your data is protected at an equivalent level to EU law.6. How long we keep your dataFree sample signups (email + name). We keep these as long as you're subscribed to our list. You can unsubscribe at any time and we delete the entry on request.21-Day Reset customer data (email + name + purchase info). Because the program includes lifetime access, we keep your account active for as long as you may want to re-access the content. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, but you will lose access to the program (we have no way to deliver content to a customer whose contact details we've deleted).Payment records. Retained for 7 years to satisfy Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst requirement for VAT records).Usage data. Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days; individual access logs are deleted at that point unless a support issue is open.7. Your rightsUnder GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:- Access (Article 15). You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Rectification (Article 16). If any of your data is wrong, you can ask us to correct it.
- Erasure (Article 17, "right to be forgotten"). You can ask us to delete your data. We'll do so unless we're legally required to retain it (e.g. tax records).
- Restriction (Article 18). You can ask us to pause processing your data while we sort out a request.
- Portability (Article 20). You can ask us to send your data to you (or to another provider) in a machine-readable format.
- Objection (Article 21). You can object to our use of data based on legitimate interest. We'll stop that processing unless we have a strong reason to continue.
- Withdraw consent (Article 7). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Unsubscribing from our emails is the easiest way; for other consent withdrawals, email us.To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the request. We'll respond within 30 days. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a unique strong password if any of our service providers require account creation on your side.12. They form a contract between you (the customer) and us (the seller). Please read them before purchasing. By purchasing the program, you confirm you've read and accept these terms.1. Contact: [email protected].Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, the receipt, and EU VAT on our behalf. The product itself is sold by us.2. The serviceThe 21-Day Subliminal Reset is a digital audio program consisting of:- 21 guided subliminal audio sessions, approximately 15 minutes each
- A frequency-matched version of each session
- 21 daily journal prompts
- An integration guide
- Lifetime access to all materials, including future updatesThe program is delivered through Kit (our course delivery platform). After purchase, you receive a welcome email with access instructions and your Day 1 link.3. Eligibility and acceptanceYou must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the program. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this age requirement and you accept these terms.The program is intended for general wellness and personal-development use. It is not appropriate for everyone (see section 9 on health and safety).4. Pricing and paymentThe current price for the 21-Day Subliminal Reset is shown on the landing page (https://21dayreset.carrd.co) and at checkout. We may change the price at any time, but you pay the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.Lemon Squeezy collects payment at checkout in the currency displayed (euros by default). EU VAT is added at the rate applicable to your country if you're a consumer in the EU; EU businesses with a valid VAT-ID may use reverse charge; non-EU purchases are zero-rated. The receipt Lemon Squeezy issues is your official tax invoice for the purchase.We accept the payment methods Lemon Squeezy supports (major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others, depending on your country).5. DeliveryAfter your payment is confirmed, you receive a welcome email within a few minutes that contains your access link. If you don't receive it within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at [email protected] and we'll resend.The program is delivered as one daily release across 21 days. Once delivered, each day's content remains in your account permanently as part of your lifetime access.6. Refund policy and EU right of withdrawalStandard EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived by the consumer at the moment of purchase, on the condition that the consumer has been informed of the waiver and consented to it.By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that reason. This waiver is required because the product is delivered digitally and immediately; we have no way to "return" digital content that has been delivered.That said, we offer refunds in these specific cases:- Technical issues within 14 days of purchase. If you can't access the content because of a delivery problem on our side, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase. If you purchased twice by mistake or were charged in error, we refund the duplicate purchase. Contact us within 14 days.
- Material misrepresentation. If the program is materially different from what's described on the landing page in a way that we have not made clear, we refund. Contact us within 14 days and explain what you expected versus received.We do not refund for:- Change of mind after the content has been delivered
- Disagreement with the program's approach (subliminal audio is the product as described; if you'd prefer a different methodology, this isn't the product for you, and we ask you to consider this carefully before purchasing)
- Not completing the 21 days
- Results-based dissatisfaction (we make no claims about specific results; see section 9)Refunds, when issued, return to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.7. License and ownershipYou receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the 21-Day Subliminal Reset materials (the audio, the journal prompts, the integration guide) for your personal, non-commercial use only.This means:- You may listen to, journal with, and apply the program to your own life as much as you want, for as long as you want
- You may not share, redistribute, copy, upload, resell, or otherwise make the materials available to other people
- You may not use the materials in any commercial setting (your workplace, your own course, your own product, your own social media beyond personal sharing of the fact that you're doing the program)
- You may not modify, remix, or create derivative works from the audio or written content
- All intellectual property in the materials remains with usIf you want to share the program with someone, send them to the landing page so they can purchase their own access.8. Acceptable useWhen you use the program, you agree not to:- Share your access credentials with anyone else
- Attempt to download and redistribute the audio or written materials
- Circumvent any access controls (paywall, account requirements, etc.)
- Use the program in any way that's illegal in your jurisdictionIf you violate these terms, we may revoke your access without refund.9. Health and safety disclaimersThe 21-Day Subliminal Reset is a wellness program, not medical or psychological treatment. It is designed to support nervous-system regulation and personal reflection. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.Please do not use the program if any of the following apply:- You have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or have ever had an unexplained loss of consciousness
- You are currently experiencing a mental health crisis (suicidal ideation, psychosis, severe dissociation, acute trauma response)
- You are diagnosed with a serious psychiatric condition and your treating professional has not approved supplementary self-directed programs
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding and have not consulted with your healthcare provider about supplementary wellness practices
- You have any condition that makes audio-based relaxation or meditation contraindicated for youNever listen to the audio while:- Driving or operating heavy machinery
- Engaged in any activity that requires alert attention to your physical safetyIf you experience distress, unusual emotional responses, or physical symptoms while using the program, stop immediately and consult a qualified healthcare provider.The program is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any professional health service. If you are dealing with serious distress, please reach out to a qualified professional. For mental health crisis support in the Netherlands, contact 113 (telephone) or 113.nl. For other countries, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.10. No specific results claimedWe make no claims, express or implied, about specific results you will experience from using the program. Individual experiences with subliminal audio and self-directed wellness practices vary substantially. Any testimonials or case studies on our marketing materials reflect those individuals' subjective experiences and are not representative of typical results.11. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law:- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the program (including missed work, missed events, emotional distress beyond ordinary inconvenience, etc.)
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the program is limited to the amount you paid for the program
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. EU consumer law gives consumers rights that override contractual limitations; nothing here is intended to limit those.12. Account and access terminationWe may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms (section 8). We will notify you by email before terminating access for any reason other than urgent safety issues.If you wish to delete your account and end your access, contact us at [email protected]. Note that account deletion is permanent and we cannot restore access later (we delete the account when you ask us to).13. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes (changes that affect your rights or obligations), we'll notify you by email at the address you provided at purchase, and the changes take effect 30 days after notice. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
